'World Racing Group' is headquartered in Concord, North Carolina and is the premier national sanctioning body for the sport of dirt track racing in the U.S. DIRT MotorSports, a 30 year old company, now is publicly trading under the symbol OTCBB: DMSP. In February, 2004, World Racing Group (then called Boundless Racing) completed the purchase of the nationally renowned World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. On January 9, 2004, WRG (then Boundless) formed the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, expanding upon the strength of the World of Outlaws brand. In June of 2004, WRG (then Boundless) announced the acquisition of DIRT MotorSports based in Weedsport, NY and of several tracks.As of November 2004, Boundless began conducting business as DIRT MotorSports.
In December 2004, DIRT MotorSports acquired UMP Sanctioning Body, including the Stacker 2 Xtreme Dirt Car Series.
Currently, World Racing Group markets to millions of fans each race season through two World of Outlaws national touring series, several owned/operated racetracks and over 700 sanctioned races.
