DAVID WEVILL

'David Wevill' (born 1937) is a Canadian-born poet, now an academic at the University of Texas, Austin.
He was the husband of Assia Wevill, who had an affair with British poet Ted Hughes, who was married to American poet Sylvia Plath at the time. In the film 'Sylvia' (about the married lives of Hughes and Plath), the poet and his wife buy their London flat and are later invited down to the couple's house in Devon.
