Davis provides both corporate / commercial law and litigation services. Specialized practice areas include aboriginal, competition, professional governance, international corporate governance, renewable energy & sustainable development, and video games & interactive entertainment. The firm's infrastructure and project finance team structures and arranges financing and advises on Canadian and European public-private partnerships.
On May 4, 2007, the firm announced that it had changed its name from Davis & Company LLP to Davis LLP.[1]
