Established in 1892, 'Davis LLP' (formerly Davis & Company LLP) is a full-service Canadian law firm with over 200 lawyers. The founding office is in Vancouver, with other offices located in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Whitehorse, Yellowknife and Tokyo.

Specialized practice areas include aboriginal, competition, professional governance, international corporate governance, renewable energy & sustainable development, and video games & interactive entertainment. The firm's infrastructure and project finance team structures and arranges financing and advises on Canadian and European public-private partnerships.
On May 4, 2007, the firm announced that it had changed its name from Davis & Company LLP to Davis LLP.^[1]
