DIOR HOMME

'Dior Homme' is the menswear division of Chirstian Dior SA, the French clothing retailer. Dior Homme has been under Hedi Slimane's creative direction since the fall/winter 2001-02 season; under his direction, Dior Homme has introduced a characteristic slim-fit which has since taken off within the fashion industry. The early collections dwelved into the exploration of the male sex. The look darkened during the Luster period which was inspired by the electroscene of Berlin. Since 2004 A/W, Dior Homme has dwelved into exploring the different styles of Rock.
During the 80's and 90's Dior's menswear line was called Dior Monsieur.
Older fans generally consider the quality of the line to have fallen significantly during the last few years. This is primarily due to a much larger production scale and Hedi Slimane's dwindling influence on the actual design.

When dealing & trading Dior Homme, the reference code is often used to place the item within the season it was produced. Here we decipher a typical/standard code: 5EH1015678 E47 B6A8 (SS'05 blue glitter jeans).
'5' refers to the year, that is, 2005.
'EH' refers to the season, that is, Eté (Summer). HH refers to 'Hiver' (Winter). Here, only the first letter actually refers to the season so i'm not sure what the proceeding 'H' stands for. Like you say, if it were both letters to literally translate for 'Autumn/Winter', then it shouldn't be HH but AH (Automne/Hiver). But this doesn't seem to be the case.
'101' refers to the item group, in this case, trousers (Pantalon). Other examples: 102 refers to blazers (Veste), 105 to shirts (Chemise) and so forth.
