DYLAN NEAL

'Dylan Neal' (born October 8, 1969) is a Canadian actor best known as 'Doug Witter' on the American television drama ''Dawson's Creek'', which ran from 1998 to 2003. He is currently a series regular on the Lifetime Television series Blood Ties, playing police detective Mike Celluci.
He was born in Richmond Hill, Ontario and attended Appleby College in Oakville, Ontario where his mother was also a teacher. He was also a regular on ''Hyperion Bay, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,'' and ''The Bold and the Beautiful''.
