'''Eight Arms to Hold You''' is an album by alternative rock band Veruca Salt. The album was released through Geffen Records on February 11, 1997. This is the last album to feature founding member Nina Gordon before her departure from the band.
The title of the album is a reference to The Beatles' working title for an album which eventually became ''Help!''. ( When the single "Ticket To Ride",which was on the "Help" soundtrack , was released , that title was on the label instead of "Help !" ))
