ELAINE HENDRIX
'Katherine Elaine Hendrix' (born December 28, 1970, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee) is an American actress.
Hendrix was born and raised in Tennessee, but moved to Atlanta, Georgia at age 15 where she attended the Northside School of Performing Arts. She became a professional dancer with the Gary Harrison Dance Co. in her senior years of school, and she later became a model for such companies as Nike and Levi's.
Hendrix has appeared on the television series Joan of Arcadia as well as the remake of ''The Parent Trap'', ''Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion'', ''Superstar'', the movie version of Inspector Gadget — ''Inspector Gadget 2'' (She will reprise her role as G2 in the third Gadget movie) as well as in ''What the Bleep Do We Know!?''.
Her most known role is in ''The Parent Trap'', where she played the twin girls' nemesis. Hendrix actually screamed the high pitch that her character Meredith shrieked on the lake.
She is occasionally mistaken for Missi Pyle and rarely Bridgette Wilson.
Currently, in Los Angeles, Hendrix is involved with humanitarian efforts; cancer research, environment and children.
