Electra I, the tallest of the three buildings proposed for construction in the complex
'Electra' is a proposed residential development to be located in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. The comlpex will consist of 3 high-rises, with all three rising at least 240 feet (73 meters). Each building in the complex was designed by Kobi Karp Architecture. As of September 2007, only the the 'Electra I' tower, the tallest of the three buildings, has received approval from the city of Miami to begin construction. The entire complex is estimated to be completed by 2010.
