ELLE'MENTS

'''Elle'ments''' is the debut studio album by German pop group No Angels, released on March 12, 2001 via Polydor's sublabel Cheyenne Records. It was primarily produced by Thorsten Brötzmann, with additional production from Peter Ries and Leslie Mandoki. The album peaked at number-one on the German, Austrian and Swiss albums chart and spawned four singles, including the European number-one single "Daylight in Your Eyes" and a remake of Eurythmics' 1985 single "There Must Be an Angel". "Cry for You" was contributed by Thomas Anders (of Modern Talking fame).
Including its ''Special Winter Edition'' (released on October 1, 2001) and its ''Karoake Edition'' the album managed to sell more than 2 million copies worldwide. With seventy-four weeks in the German Top 100 and a triple platinum certification the album became the most successful album of 2001 domestically.
