ENID WOODRING REGIONAL AIRPORT


'Enid Woodring Regional Airport' , formerly known as 'Enid Woodring Municipal Airport' and also referred to as 'Woodring Airport', is located four miles (6 km) southeast of the central business district (CBD) of Enid, in Garfield County, Oklahoma, USA. The airport covers 1,206 acres and has two runways. It is mostly used for military training flights based at Vance Air Force Base.
Scheduled passenger flights on Great Lakes Airlines to Denver and Liberal were discontinued in August, 2006. The service was subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
