'Fabián Roncero Domínguez' (born October 19, 1970 in Madrid) is a former long-distance runner from Spain, who began to dedicate himself to athletics competitions in 1991. In October 1996, he won the Capri marathon (Italy), having only competed in this event once before. On that occasion he finished in 2:09:43, which placed him among the best marathoners in the world at that moment.
Roncero's international reputation was strengthened at the 1997 World Championships in Athletics in Athens, where he finished sixth and contributed toward the Spanish team's attainment of the World Cup. A year later he won the Rotterdam Marathon. At the 2001 World Championships in Athletics he finished fifth in the 10,000 metres.
