'Francis Seymour-Conway, 2nd Marquess of Hertford', PC (February 12 1743 – June 28 1822) was the eldest son of Francis Seymour-Conway, 1st Marquess of Hertford and Lady Isabella Fitzroy, daughter of Charles FitzRoy, 2nd Duke of Grafton.
He married, firstly, Hon. Alice Elizabeth Hickman, daughter of Herbert Hickman, 2nd Viscount Windsor, on 4 February 1768. He married, secondly, Hon. Isabella Anne Ingram-Shepheard, daughter of Charles Ingram, 9th Viscount of Irvine, on 20 May 1776. They had one child:
★ Francis Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford (1777–1842)
In 1780, he was sworn of the Privy Council.
He married, firstly, Hon. Alice Elizabeth Hickman, daughter of Herbert Hickman, 2nd Viscount Windsor, on 4 February 1768. He married, secondly, Hon. Isabella Anne Ingram-Shepheard, daughter of Charles Ingram, 9th Viscount of Irvine, on 20 May 1776. They had one child:
★ Francis Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford (1777–1842)
In 1780, he was sworn of the Privy Council.
