FRANK GALATI

'Frank Galati' is a two-time Tony Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated artist. He won Tonys for best adaptation and best direction of Steppenwolf's production of ''The Grapes of Wrath'' on Broadway and his Oscar nomination for best adaptation of ''The Accidental Tourist''. Although he is known primarily as a director of epic plays and musicals (''Homebody/Kabul'' and ''Ragtime''), he is an equally adept actor (''The Drawer Boy''). He is also an Associate Director at The Goodman Theatre and Professor of Performance Studies at Northwestern University.
