FREE CULTURE SWARTHMORE

'Free Culture Swarthmore' is a student group at Swarthmore College and the founding chapter of FreeCulture.org. It is better known by its former name, the 'Swarthmore Coalition for the Digital Commons', where it played a central role in the controversy over Diebold Election Systems and electronic voting machines in 2004. Its co-founders Luke Smith and Nelson Pavlosky sued Diebold for abusing copyright law in OPG v. Diebold.
