FRYLOCK
'Frylock' is a character in Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He is a gigantic red box of French fries sporting a goatee, dental braces, and a blue mystic jewel embedded in his back. The jewel is said to be the source of his power, as well as the Amulet of Idahocules in the Space Ghost episode "Baffler Meal." He also calls upon "the immortal defense of Idahocules" in a deleted scene from "Rabbot." In the movie it is revealed that behind the jewel is a VCR that plays taped memories inside Frylock's head. Also revealed is the name of his favorite song: In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins . He uses his fries to grip things and occasionally as a 'Frydar'. Frylock is scientifically-minded and conducts experiments in his room, which contains his library, supercomputer (which Shake purchased, but avoided actually paying for[1]), cloner, and various other lab equipment. He is the most intellectual of the ATHF characters, and also attempts to provide the others with some sense of morality.
Frylock's comedic role is usually that of the straight man and he acts as the voice of reason to a fault. He is the foil to Shake's extravagant mistakes, though he is sometimes subject to a certain amount of hubris. He defends Meatwad from Shake and tries to keep peace with their neighbour Carl, who hates all of them. Although the detective aspect was dropped long ago, Frylock at times still acts as a detective, investigating strange matters that don't interest the other Aqua Teens (e.g. the hypno-germs and Carl's wig). He also once reminded Meatwad after being jailed for a failed shoplifting attempt that he was "a detective and sworn to uphold the law". He also accidentally revealed in the episode "Carl" that he was a virgin. Frylock has exhibited a bondage fetish in some episodes, such as in "Super Spore", when Meatwad said, "Shut up, you got fetishes", as a response to Travis's helmet, and "The Cubing" when he puts on a BDSM mask, and asks Meatwad to "tell him he's been bad". In the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, Frylock was revealed to be a transsexual as well as a lesbian, although the series has been known for its lack of continuity. In a short sequence after the movie credits, Frylock is shown apparently transgendered.
It is heavily hinted that his calm and rational personality is merely a front and that he enjoys engaging in debauchery as much as his friends. In "Super Birthday Snake", after accidentally killing Meatwad and Master Shake in an attempt to get them out of the belly of a snake, he exhibits a wilder side than that which he usually shows. With his two companions out of the way, he wears his fries in cornrows, dresses up in a flamboyant 'pimp suit', orders a couple of hookers, and throws a wild party, then kills his neighbor Carl (intentionally) and throws his body in a nearby dumpster. However that was shown to be a simulation.
While Master Shake frequently annoys Frylock with his exploits, Frylock still seems to consider Master Shake as a friend and almost takes the role of big brother to Master Shake. One of the only examples in which Frylock openly abandons both Shake and Meatwad is in the episode "The" in which Frylock moves out after a particularly annoying stunt of Master Shake's, leaving Meatwad behind as well to suffer at Shake's hands.
Frylock has a poster of an anatomical diagram of himself entitled "Visible Frylock", hung in his room. According to the poster, he has three hearts. He has claimed to not have a stomach in the episode "Super Sir Loin".
Frylock is the only principal character to have not died during the series' run (though a version of Frylock was killed inside of a virtual reality sequence in "Super Birthday Snake" and in the movie, was killed by a giant poodle in the beginning; but was later revealed to be a completely false story told by Shake). However, in one episode, "Party All The Time," Frylock did suffer from melanoma, which nearly killed him, though he eventually did pull through & survive.

Powers and Abilities
Frylock possesses several supernatural powers, which may emanate from the mystic jewel in his back. Among them are the ability to levitate, his only demonstrated form of movement (In the DVD commentary, the creators of the show say that originally they had planned to have Frylock flip over and walk with his fries, but they decided that this looked "scary"), and the ability to shoot projectiles such as lightning, ice, lasers, fireballs, and even fire extinguisher foam out of his eyes (as seen in ''Dusty Gozongas''). He uses his fries as projectiles in the ''Aqua Teen Hunger Force'' movie. He is the only member of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force with any kind of useful powers.
He also possesses "Frydar" (a single fry from his head that spins like a radar dish), an ability that can pick up most frequencies or locations, also including the ability to gauge the age of any organic object. On occasion, his Frydar has also been utilized to scope out characteristics (in "Bus of the Undead", he used his Frydar to search for vampires). In one episode, he also transformed one of his fries into a machete, though this was in virtual reality. He also is proficient in the use of shotguns.
