GM E PLATFORM

The General Motors 'E-Body' was the basis for a number of personal luxury cars produced from 1966 to 2002. The 1986–1993 E-bodies were produced at GM's high-tech Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly plant.
This body shell designation was the basis for the following vehicles:

★ 1967–2002 Cadillac Eldorado

★ 1966–1992 Oldsmobile Toronado

★ 1966-1970, 1979–1993 Buick Riviera.
The 1971-1973 Riviera was built from the GM B-Body. Information regarding other year Riviera's body designations (1963-1965, 1974-1978) is currently ''unverified''.
