'Game Show' is the 2nd part of the 7th episode of the Dexter's Laboratory . It first aired on August 27 1997.
A game show called "Sibling Rivalry" has Dee Dee and Dexter as the contestants. The prizes are a flying pony (that Dee Dee wants), or an amazing telescope that astronouts use (that Dexter wants). The first round is a physical challenge. The challenge is to throw creme puffs at your opponent while not hitting the apple on their head, but Dexter does not listen to the instructions and aims for the apple, making him lose. With a score of 10 to 0, the next challenge is to hit Dee Dee with watermelons, but Dee Dee wins that too. The last challenge is grab the most flags on an obstical course, and Dexter has jet boots. Dexter's boots don't work, and caused him to miss every flag on the way. With Dee Dee leading by 30 points, it is time for the question round, the part of the show that nobody in the crowd is interested. Dexter wins and it is a tie. The tiebreaker is that the contestants have to say what the rival will write down. The question is "What is your favorite thing in the world?" Dee Dee guesses right with "Secret Lab". Dexter runs out of time, with the correct answer being "My brother Dexter". Dee Dee then wins but picks the telescope. Dexter thinks the telescope is for him, but Dee Dee uses it to spy on Dexter in his lab.
★ The secret lab is revealed to the audience, yet it is supposed to be secret.
★ Before the challenges Dexter is shorter than the podium, but later his is taller than it. He may have been given a stool to stand on.
★ Dee Dee's name changes on the podium from upper case to lower case during the tiebraker.
★ Double Dare-This whole episode is very similar to the Double Dare format, with physical challenges and question rounds.
