The Lost World- Unnatural Selection 1/5
First Aired: February 5, 2000 The discovery that one of Challenger's old friends from London is living on the plateau with his daughter causes Challenger some concern considering he was at the girl's funeral fifteen years ago. Furthermore, Veronica's disappearance coupled with encounters with armed, intelligent ape men, lead Roxton and Challenger to uncover the secret genetic experimentation being carried out by Dr. Hargrove. Meanwhile, a faint image in a photograph helps Summerlee, Marguerite and Malone locate an elderly woman, who claims to be an exiled fairy queen, who may have access to a radio transmitter—however she is only willing to divulge it's location in exchange for help in breaking her curse—all she requires is a few drops of blood from a virgin.
Cable Crossovers (220 Lbs. each side)
Look Mom: NO STEROIDS. All natural, 6' 7" 310 lbs. Natural gorilla strength. Doing Cable Crossovers: 220 in each hand for 11 reps. The form is not strict and incorporates the shoulders a bit, as opposed to a totally isolated chest exercise, I know. Some of the reps are not so great, but, at least I always control the speed of the weight and give a decent range of motion for almost all of them. Even on true isolation exercises like Pec-Decks, I can still usually do the whole rack (or damn near close to it) for reps, depending on what model machine I am using. I only wish my bench was better (it's horrible). Having long arms makes benching and pull ups extremely difficult My real strength, however, is in my traps. I will soon put up a video of me doing barbell shrugs with 465 lbs. Maybe even 515....I haven't tried that yet. Also: I'm pretty good with dips. Right now, I can do about 32 full range dips with my own bodyweight (down from 45 when I was 27. I can probably dip a few times with 2 plates, as well. I'll try to get some video of me doing that, as well. Anyway, I am putting these videos up to inspire other tall ectomorphs: You don't need drugs to develop decent size and strength. I left high school at 195 lbs at this height, and, by the time I was 25 or 26, I was 280. This is my first month back in the gym after not going for 2 years, so, you keep your natural gains via "muscle memory." Most of the whiners who juice and complain about "plateaus" and "reaching their genetic limit" didn't even TRY to hit their plateau. Rather, they just ran out and got drugs after like a mere 1-2 years of lifting weights. These are the same bitchtime motherfuckers who got beat up all the time in high school. Cowards and cheaters. Most of your bodybuilders, your MMA guys, your wrestlers, Football players, Baseball players.....even some Basketball players....JUICE. They can suck my all-natural DICK.
