GLEBE PARK, BRECHIN
'Glebe Park' is a multi-use stadium in Brechin, Scotland. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Brechin City F.C.. The stadium holds 3,960 people.
At the south side of the ground, there is a leafy hedge instead of a stand. It is believed that this hedge was planted by William Wallace so that he could hide behind it when the English garrison was passing through Brechin.
Often balls will got lost in the thorny hedge, somewhat reminiescent of Wrigley Field.
