GOSPEL HUMP WILDERNESS


The 'Gospel Hump Wilderness Area' is located in the state of Idaho to the east of Riggins. It was designated a Wilderness Area in 1978 and is under the auspices of the Nez Perce National Forest. The area is slightly larger than 206,000 acres (834 km²).
