Guipuscoa province.

'Guipuscoa' (Basque ''Gipuzkoa'', Spanish: ''Guipúzcoa'') is a province of the Basque Country belonging to Spain (see map).
It is bordered by the provinces of Bizkaia and Ãlava, the Autonomous Community of Navarre, the French Department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and the Cantabrian Sea (Bay of Biscay).
Its area of 1,980 km² makes it the smallest province in Spain.
Its population is 682,977 (2002), of whom about a quarter live in the capital, Donostia-San Sebastián. Other important towns are Irun, Errenteria, Zarautz, Arrasate, Oñati, Eibar, Tolosa, Beasain, Pasaia.
Gipuzkera is a dialect of the Basque language spoken in the most of the region, as well as neighbouring areas of Navarre.
