Hailing from Oahu, Hawaii, Hannah now lives in California and is a pro-triathlete and pro-surfer competing for SCOTTUSA and Hawaiian Island Creation. She is also an accomplished actress with recent films including "Surfer Dude" with Mathew McConaughey summer 07'. Her dating history included Tim Couch (former NFL quarterback), Adrian Grenier (Entourage), and most currently Paris Latsis (greek shipping heir) from January of 2006 to October of 2006.
