HARALD CRAMéR
'Harald Cramér' (September 25, 1893 - October 5, 1985) was a Swedish mathematician and statistician, specialising in mathematical statistics. He also made some outstanding statistical contributions to the distribution of primes and twin primes. Cramér was one of Marcel Riesz's students at Stockholm University.
