'Harold Arthur McNeill' is an American artist and industrial musician. In the visual medium, he has produced paintings, sculptures, photography, and design.
His work has appeared in role-playing games such as '', '' and ''. His portrait of Pentti Linkola was featured in ''Apocalypse Culture II''. His painting appeared on the cover of a limited edition of Julius Evola's ''Men Among the Ruins''. He created the cover art for the CD collection of Charles Manson music, ''Commemoration''. The journal ''Rûna'' has featured his work.
With James Banner, McNeill recorded a mix of electronics and oratory in 1982 under the name Republic. Michael Moynihan's Storm Records released a 7" titled ''Freedom Through Ability'' in 1995. [1]
He served in the U.S. Navy where he was trained for work on nuclear weapons on Trident submarines.
