HERBERT BOSTOCK
'Herbert Bostock' (May 4, 1869 — February 20, 1954) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played for Derbyshire during the 1897 season. He was born and died in Ilkeston.
Bostock represented Derbyshire in four first-class games, the first coming in a miscellaneous match against Marylebone Cricket Club, in which he scored nine runs from the opening order, but Derbyshire were to go down to a two-wicket defeat.
Bostock later played three games in the 1897 County Championship, his career high score of 36 coming against Nottinghamshire. However, he was out of the team by the end of the year.
