HOT LATIN TRACKS
The '''Billboard'' Hot Latin Tracks' chart is the most important music chart for Spanish language singles in the American music market. It was established by the magazine in the 1970s, when music labels and ''Billboard'' realized that Spanish-language songs had a great potential to the American audiences, growing greatly during the past few decades. The chart is based on airplay on Latin music stations. Songs on the chart are not necessarily in Spanish.
As of September 6, 2007, the #1 spot is occupied by the song "Dimelo" by Enrique Iglesias.
