HOWARD BENSON

'Howard Benson' (born in Havertown, Pennsylvania) is a Grammy nominated music producer and aerospace engineer.[1]
Benson attended Lower Merion High School until his graduation in 1974, he then went on to attend Drexel University receiving a B.S. in Materials Engineering in 1980. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer and a Process Engineer until 1984.[2]
Benson is currently helping Post-Grunge act Seether on their new studio album. The album is due in October of 2007.

Audio engineer Mike Plotnikoff often works with Benson. In the words of Cold drummer Sam McCandless: "The band had been playing with Manson and Staind, so I wanted the drums to sound huge," he explains, "like dump trucks falling from the sky. Howard and Mike got that right away, and since it usually takes a week or two to get the drum tracks down, I was blown away."
