'Humacao Airport' is a public airport located one mile (2 km) southeast of the central business district of Humacao, in Puerto Rico.
Humacao Airport covers an area of 14 acres (6 ha) which contains one runway (10/28) measuring 2,450 x 60 ft. (747 x 18 m).
For 12-month period ending March 16, 1998, the airport had 5,349 aircraft operations, an average of 14 per day: 76% general aviation, 22% air taxi and 2% military. There are 35 aircraft based at this airport: 66% ultralights, 26% single engine, 6% multi engine and 3% helicopters.
