'IAC/InterActiveCorp' () is an American internet and media company with interests in electronic retailing, Internet and interactive media, local media services, online personals, real estate and financial services. Its chairman and CEO is billionaire Barry Diller, who controls a majority of the voting stock in the company.

Barry Diller became CEO and Chairman of Silver King Communications in 1995. After a 1996 merger with Home Shopping Network the company was renamed HSN, Inc. Subsequently, it was renamed USA Networks, then USA Interactive, then Interactive Corp. Finally, in July of 2004, the company adopted its current name.

IAC sold its Teleservices Business to Diamond Castle Holdings, a private equity firm in New York. PRC was sold for $287 million which translates to an after tax gain of $14.4 million.
