ILLINOIS' 5TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
'Illinois' 5th congressional district' is a United States Congressional District that covers some of the north side of Chicago and parts of Cook County. George W. Bush received 33% of the vote in this district in 2004. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of D +18.
