INTRADA

'Intrada' is a retail store and record label that specializes in the release of music from motion pictures and television. The store was founded in 1980 by Douglass Fake at 1488 Vallejo Street in San Francisco, California, and the record label debuted in 1985. The label's name is taken from the Italian musical term referring to an opening piece of march-like character equivalent of an Entrée or Prelude.
Intrada presently resides at 2220 Mountain Boulevard in Oakland, California and is recognized as one of the world's leading producers of film and television music and is one of the best online retail sources for all film score related compact discs.
