INVESCO PERPETUAL

'Invesco Perpetual' is an investment company based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England. It was originally founded as by Sir Martyn Arbib and before it merged with Invesco it was known first as 'Perpetual Mutual' then as 'Perpetual plc'. The company is a member of the AMVESCAP Group.
The company's UK Head of Investment is Neil Woodford,[1] one of the best known and best performing fund managers in the UK market today.[2]
Queen Elizabeth II visited the company in 1998 to open a new complex of buildings after opening the nearby River and Rowing Museum. The company is an important major employer in the town of Henley.
