'Iowa Highway 191' is a highway in western Iowa. It runs for 23 miles in a north-south direction.

Iowa Highway 191 has a southern terminus at Interstate 680 north of Neola. Its northern terminus is at Iowa Highway 37 in Earling.
Previously, its southern terminus was U.S. Route 6 in Council Bluffs until 1981 and the city limits of Council Bluffs until July 1, 2003. This old segment of highway ran through Underwood and Neola, and is now Pottawattamie County road G8L.
Route Description
Iowa Highway 191 begins at Interstate 680 north of Neola at Exit 28 of that interstate. This intersection lies about a mile west of the I-680/I-80 intersection. It runs generally northeast through Persia and at Portsmouth, Iowa, it meets Iowa Highway 44. It continues northeast some more through Panama and ends at Iowa Highway 37 in Earling.
