Some tracks on this demo differ from the versions later released on ''40 Oz. to Freedom'' and ''Second-hand Smoke'':

★ "Let's Go Get Stoned" contains a sample of the Ray Charles version of a different song with the same title.

★ "Had a DAT" contains a ten-second sound collage intro.

★ "Don't Push" is the version later released on ''Second-hand Smoke''.

★ "Date Rape" is a slower version without the horns. later released on ''Everything Under the Sun'' as "Date Rape Stylee."

★ "Live at E's" includes an extra beat of the drum intro.
