JAMES LOEB

'James Loeb' (August 6, 1867May 27, 1933) was a Jewish-German-American American banker and philanthropist. He was the son of Solomon Loeb and Betty Loeb of Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 1912 he founded and endowed the Loeb Classical Library, and helped found part of the Juilliard School of Music.
