'John Hollis' (born 1931; died October 18 2005) was a British actor. He played the role of Lobot in ''. He also played the uncredited role of Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the opening pre-title sequence in ''For Your Eyes Only''. Hollis went uncredited due to the controversy over the film rights and characters of ''Thunderball''. John Hollis also took the role of Sondergaard in ''Doctor Who'' in 1972 with Jon Pertwee; and appeared in ''The Avengers''.
