JOHN DE BOHUN, 5TH EARL OF HEREFORD

'John de Bohun, 5th Earl of Hereford' (23 November 1306 – 20 January 1336) was born in St Clements, Oxfordshire to Humphrey de Bohun, 4th Earl of Hereford and Elizabeth Plantagenet. He married first Alice FitzAlan in 1325 and second Margaret Basset on 19 February 1331 (she died 1355). John was Lord High Constable of England from 1321 till his death in Kirkby-Thore, Westmorland. He was buried in the Stratford Abbey, London.
