JOSEPH ERLANGER

'Joseph Erlanger' (San Francisco, January 5, 1874December 5, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri) was an American physiologist.
He won a Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology in 1944 for the discovery of different types of nerve fibers.
