KAISER WILHELM

'Kaiser Wilhelm' is a common reference to two German Emperors (note that Wikipedia has anglicised the German names in individual articles, for example ''Kaiser Wilhelm II'' appears as ''William II, German Emperor'' in his article):

Kaiser Wilhelm I (1797 - 1888), King of Prussia. Under the influence of his chancellor, Otto von Bismarck, Wilhelm became the first 'Kaiser' (Emperor) of a united Germany.

Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859 - 1941), son of Kaiser Frederick III. Lost the imperial throne after his abdication in 1918.

Kaiser Wilhelm (baseball), early 20th century baseball pitcher.
