'Kingston Blount' is part of the civil parish of Aston Rowant situated in South Oxfordshire, England. The village is a spring line settlement located at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. The 87 mile long Ridgeway, a national trail, runs to the South and the 'Lower Icknield Way' to the North.
The village was recorded in Domesday as 'Chingestone'. A discovery of late Iron Age cremation urns was discovered in '1974' at Elizabeth Villa along the High Street. The findings were placed in an Oxford museum.
