'Lakeview' is a neighbourhood which encircles a manmade lake within Lakeview Park. Lakeveiw School and St. Bernard School anchor the park within the neighbourhood.

The southern edge is Circle Drive / Highway 16. Kingsmere Place and Court, Coldspring Rise and Crescent, Kenossee Court, and Keeley Crescent are encompassed on the northern perimeter. Whiteswan Drive is the eastern edge. For the west, Costigan Road, Christopher Crescent, and Crean Crescent are nestled within Lakeview neighborhood.
