'Licey al Medio' is a municipality (''municipio'') of the Santiago province in the Dominican Republic. Within the municipality there is one municipal district (''distrito municipal''): Las Palomas.[1]
As of the 2002 census the municipality had 26,735 inhabitants, 6,005 living in the town itself and 20,730 in its rural districts (''Secciones''). [2]
