Gate Terminal, Rotterdam, Netherlands - LNG terminal to be located on the Maasvlakte, part of the harbour and industrial area of the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, proposed by the gas company N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and logistics company Vopak. Regulatory approval has been granted for the largest part. [30]

LionGas Terminal, Rotterdam, Netherlands - LNG terminal to be located in the harbour and industrial area of the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, which will be developed by 4Gas. All necessary regulatory approval has been granted. Construction is expected to start mid-2007 and operation to start in the second half of 2010. [31]

Eemshaven LNG, Eemshaven, Netherlands - LNG terminal to be located in the seaport of Eemshaven in the Dutch province of Groningen, proposed by Dutch energy company Essent and American oil company ConocoPhillips. [32]
