The 'Louisville-Elizabethtown-Scottsburg, KY-IN Combined Statistical Area', created by the United States Bureau of the Census in 2000, is the 31st largest Combined Statistical Area (CSA) of the United States.[1] It is comprised of the Louisville-Jefferson County, KY-IN Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), the Elizabethtown, Kentucky MSA, and the Scottsburg, Indiana Micropolitan Statistical Area (also abbreviated as MSA).
