LOW (TESTAMENT ALBUM)
'''Low''' is an album released by Testament in 1994. It is the first album without guitarist Alex Skolnick or drummer Louie Clemente, who were replaced by James Murphy and John Tempesta, respectively.
The band experimented with a large number of influences. The most notable is the ballad, "Trail of Tears", and the death metal song, "Dog Faced Gods". This change was the main reason Atlantic Records terminated their contract with Testament, as they wanted them to continue with a more "mainstream" sound, but got this album instead.
