LURS, ALPES-DE-HAUTE-PROVENCE


'Lurs' is a French commune, in the ''département'' of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the ''région'' of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It is noted for the triple murder nearby of Jack Drummond and his wife and daughter in 1952.
In French, its inhabitants are referred to as ''Lursiens''.
