LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL OF ORANGE COUNTY
'Lutheran High School of Orange County' is a private, Christian high school in Orange, California founded in 1973.[1] LHSOC is currently led by executive director Kenneth Ellwein. The school also finds its staff-leadership in their principal, Gregg Pinick, and their vice principal of academics, Leslie Smith.

The Marching Band at the school, won first place in their division this past year. The Marching Band plays at many of the different events and sports that the school puts on. The Jazz Band has also topped the charts in their competitions as well. Concert Band, Marching Band, Hand Bells, and Jazz Band are all conducted by Mr. Kent Hannibal.
The Alexander Nechita Center for the Arts, which is named after renowned artist and student Alexandra Nechita, hosts award-winning student productions of musicals, choral concerts, and band concerts. The school's musical theater program was recently invited by the American High School Theatre Festival to represent the school in the 2007 "Fringe Festival" in Scotland.[2]
