M-69 (MICHIGAN HIGHWAY)

'M-69' is an east-west highway in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It connects with US 2 on both ends in Crystal Falls and near Bark River. M-69 runs from a junction with US 2/US 141 in Crystal Falls to Sagola before turning south along M-95. After leaving the concurrency, it once again runs through northern Menominee County to end on US 2/US 41 just inside the Delta County line. M-69 has a curious junction with G-69 in Foster City.
:''Historical Notes'': In 1920, M-69 ran along today's US 2/US 141 from the state line north to Crystal Falls and then along the current US 141 to end at M-28. In 1926, it was moved perpendicularly to roughly its current routing.
:From 1960 until 1993, the section from M-69 from M-95 to US 2/US 41 was decommissioned, and the concurrency with M-95 was removed. In 1972, this section was designated G-30 with the beginning of the County-Designated Highway program in Michigan until it was reassumed as a part of M-69
