MALOJA (DISTRICT)

'Maloja ' (Italian: 'Distretto di Maloggia') is an administrative district in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. It has an area of 973.28 km² and a population of 17,810 (as of December 2004). Maloja is predominantely Italian-speaking.
It consists of two ''Kreise'' (sub-districts) and sixteen municipalities:
