MARTHA (TV SERIES)

'''Martha''' is a U.S. daytime television syndicated talk show that began airing in September 2005. It is hosted by Martha Stewart, and each episode includes several segments related to cooking, interior design, gardening, and other topics related to the domestic arts. Celebrities are also invited to appear on the program, including many soap opera stars.
The show's second season began September 12, 2006. Beginning on that date, the show's title officially changed to '''The Martha Stewart Show'''. Martha recently announced the biggest giveaway in daytime television - the opportunity to win a Martha Stewart KB Home valued at up to $400,000.
In late October 2006, ''Martha'' was renewed for a third season (2007-2008). On many NBC stations where the show airs live at 10 AM, the show may move into the afternoon hours or the 11 AM time slot due to the ever expanding Today Show which will add a 4th hour. For example, the show will not air live anymore on WNBC, instead moving to 1:00 PM. However, she will not be in direct competition with the Rachael Ray anymore which also airs at 10 AM in New York currently.
